Student looking for a room!

I am a 28-year old student and can communicate to some extent in Chinese and French; fluently in English and have no problems with diverse cultures. Here are some details about me.

I come home to sleep most weekdays, and stay home most weekends unless I have important assessments to crank out overnight in school. I would need reliable internet on the days that I am home.

I can respect unspoken house rules like not using the washing machine after bedtime, or playing music that is too loud. Not one to host parties - I keep to myself a LOT due to my introverted nature.

As a student, my current budget is at £600 monthly, bills included. I can settle for only staying a few days at a time to meet this budget. I can also accept it if your space is in shabby conditions, in French we say "je me débrouille" which translates to "I’ll manage".

The location I am looking for would ideally be under 1.5 hour’s walk (<5.8km distance, <3.7 miles) from York Way/Regent’s Park, as I am a student in the area.
