25 (M) Looking for a room in London Areas :)

ABOUT:
Hello! I'm Than. I'm a 25-year-old(M) working professional. I'm looking for a place in London and surrounding areas easy to commute to central for work. I am very easy to share living spaces as I'm very tidy. I like having a clean living space and bathrooms, and I keep communal areas clean. There will be no rubbish lying around or no dirty dishes in the sink. So, I prefer clean flatmates as well :)

I like chatting with people but am also mindful of personal space and peace. I mostly chill listening to music, watching movies, and cooking. I'm happy to play board games, have movie nights, go out for drinks with housemates as well.
I am a Non-smoker, and I drink only on occasions.
I am queer-friendly.

I'll be working almost everyday depending on my schedule so I just need a nice room and a kitchen to cook essentially.

LOOKING FOR:

I'd like to have a place with a broadband internet available.
I like to prepare meals so somewhere with a clean kitchen area would be nice.

My budget is around 600-700 PCM including bills.
