Aussie professional seeking home in Clapham

Hi, I’m Alivia, 33, working full-time in healthcare consulting.

I’m looking for a double room with ensuite or open to buddying up for a mid-June move, preferably in South West London. I’ve lived in SW11 for the past 2 years and would love to stay locally! I work in Canary Wharf so would also consider E14.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful, with over 10 years’ experience in shared houses. Outside of work I enjoy swimming and going to the gym.
I also like making the most of London’s food, coffee, and culture, especially trying new spots and going to the cinema/theatre, and watching/playing sport on weekends! I took up tennis again last summer, so I’m keen for a hit from time to time 🎾

I’m looking for a friendly but easygoing home with independent housemates who are up for the occasional meal or drink. I value a clean, calm space and open communication.

Budget: £1,300 to £1,400.

I work a hybrid schedule, typically WFH Mondays and Fridays, with other days in the office or at client sites. I’m happy to live with someone who works from home or hybrid, but would prefer not a fully WFH household.
