Looking for an Ensuite Room within Zone 1, 2 and 3

Hello,

I am a 29 year old professional working in the energy sector with a background in engineering. I am looking for an ensuite room in a flat/house in the East London area.

I am a quiet and reserved person who enjoys my own space but also friendly enough to hang out together every once in a while. I am super easy going and have never had issues in my years of sharing spaces. I do not drink or party but enjoy a lot of other things like, reading, sports, football in particular, games, travelling and food.

I expect to share the kitchen with people who maintain neat and tidy common spaces, especially the kitchen. I eat halal food and would ideally prefer to share the space with a similar person but can adjust if required.

I work from home 3 days a week usually and keep to myself during those hours. My office is around is in Central London so I'd prefer a place that's easily accessible on the tube (Central, H&C, District). I'm keen on having an ensuite to myself and prefer that the common space is a no-smoking and no-drinking area.

My maximum budget including bills is £1100 (1200 if all my requirements are met). I have a flexible contract at my current accommodation so I can move within a month's notice. I am looking for places in EAST LONDON primarily.
