Looking for a female buddy/room

I’m looking for a room/a buddy to look for an apartment in the city centre. I am currently working a graduate job in the city centre. I am looking for a clean , tidy and friendly person to share a flat with.

I would prefer no males staying overnight in the house. I am usually busy on weekdays and also weekends because I’m studying while working. But can also hangout once in a while.

I am looking to let for a long term and prefer to live near the city centre. My budget is around £650-700 including bills and council tax.

Looking for somewhere near the city centre/15mins walk to city centre.

I enjoy staying in more than going out, most of the time. I’d prefer someone who respects my privacy as well hehe. I prefer living with all-females. I am respectful of others privacy and I don’t mind sharing the bathroom with another person as long as the person is clean and tidy. But if we can get two ensuites room that’d be fabb!! I dont mind either
