29yo Web Developer seeking room in Brighton

Hi I'm Matt - a 29 year old Web developer working in Brighton who's looking for a room in a flat share from late April.

I’m ideally after a double room with space for a desk (I work from home about 2 days a week) and a few house plants.

I'm mature and respectful of keeping my space and everyone else's tidy (Monday is usually my manic cleaning day). I'm an ambivert and love chatting and being social but I know that everyone, myself included, needs their own space on some days.

About me: I've been living in Brighton for nearly 12 years. I'm very into running - just did the Brighton half marathon and have 4 more races on the cards this year but I also like going out on the sauce one or 2 weekends a month and love pubs. I'm also a massive foodie and love checking out restaurants and cooking. Also very into reading, watching TV and films and the playstation and just gossiping.

I can provide references, and a lot of positive feedback about me as a flatmate.
