Looking for a room in Kirkstall Area

I am a professional female aged 19. I'm completing a degree apprenticeship in city centre with a mix of working from home and in the office.

I've spent 1 year living in Leeds now with students, which has been ok, but I think as I'm working all week a professional household might be more suitable.

Location wise I'm open to anywhere with in an easy commute of Leeds train station, but I have been focusing my search on the Kirkstall area. I'm currently living in Burley so familiar with that area.

I am looking for a double room, with desk space (or space to add my own working area)

I am available to move from 01/06/2024 and have a budget of approx. £600/700pcm if all bills are included.

I would prefer to share with females, ideally between 18 and 30 years old.

I love cooking, socialising with friends, but also like to have my own space at times too. My perfect night out would be a nice meal / couple of drinks and a good gossip rather than a night clubbing.
