Professional looking to buddy up in London

Hi there! I’m David, I'm 21 and I'm a software engineer. I’ve lived in London for over a year and a half, and in Walthamstow for a year where I've been in my own place. I want to reduce my costs and potentially move more centrally so I'm reaching out to the people of SpareRoom!

I am looking to split rent on 2-3 bedroom flat with one or two others, preferably in Zone 1 or on the Victoria line. Particularly considering E17, N17, N15, N4, N7, N1 and SE1. I’d like to find someone to buddy up with by the 23rd of May.

I WFH 2-3 times a week, and I would prefer to live with someone who either works in the office or hybrid. I am looking to live with people I can build a home with -- having lived alone for a while, creating a cosy and welcoming space is very important to me and I'd love to live with people who bring the same energy to décor and aesthetics. Other than that I'm not a very high maintenance person to live with -- I tidy up after myself, am considerate of noise and I do like to recharge so I respect personal space! Nevertheless it would be great for us to get along and occasionally share dinner/chat in front of the TV.

I like languages, technology, and good food. My favourite London museum is the Tate Modern. I go into bookshops and wander around for hours trying not to buy out the entire technoculture section, though I recently enjoyed a memoir about the changing landscape of English farming.
