Mature student seeks home Between Par & Helston

I’m a mature undergrad student at Falmouth University completing a degree in tv & film production.
I’m looking for a large unfurnished double room in shared, or preferably sole occupancy accommodation between Helston & Par in Cornwall. For shared I will go up to £650 & for sole occupancy i will go to £750.

I have a support dog & my hours on campus are minimal so I will pop back at lunch time to walk the him when I'm having lectures.... He sleeps when I'm out!

I have a lovely friendly Ridgeback cross, neutered, house trained, great guard dog!

I don’t smoke and rarely drink. I’ll be spending most of my spare time studying.

I’m a Great cook, sociable, sensible, clean and tidy. Excellent references available for both myself and my dog!

I have a car so need parking nearby.

Not looking for a relationship or ‘extras’ thank you, just a straight rental agreement.
