Friendly artist looking for a room

Hey, I'm Kate and I'm looking for a spare double room! I would love to live in south London, within a commutable distance to Wimbledon and Peckham. I currently work as a Tutor at a company that runs arts and crafts workshops for adults with learning difficulties, based in Wimbledon. I also work freelance at Dulwich Picture Gallery and I do a few shifts a week at a pub in Notthing Hill. I have a studio in Peckham, where I make my own art - mostly drawings, collages and sculptures! I'm normally at work or in the studio during the day in the week and occasionally working at the pub in the evenings. In my spare time, I like to go cycling and I've recently joined a cycling club. I also enjoy cooking and making myself a nice dinner in the evenings. Looking to share a space with people that I can chat with and go for a pint at the pub with. I'm friendly, clean, tidy and respectful of others' space and belongings. Hoping to find a cosy place to rest my head and meet new people ! Thanks :)
