Looking for a Quiet, Tidy & Friendly Home in BS4

I’m looking for a cozy, respectful home around Sandy Park Road (Brislington), where I currently work as a supervisor at an independent coffee shop. (If you have a great place to stay in an area with easy bus access to Bristlington, let’s have a chat)

What I’m looking for:
• A clean, quiet, and respectful household
• Ideally a live-in landlord situation (they usually care about the house!), 3 people max.
• Minimally furnished room with a double bed, desk, and storage
• Would love a place to store a suitcase or seasonal things (optional)
• Prefer not to share a bathroom with many people

Budget: £750/month (bills included)
Move-in date: 1st of June (or earlier)

🤝 Respectful of personal space
🎨 Creative (former TV scriptwriter/producer back in Ukraine)
🎶 Love music, art, fashion, gigs, and playing piano when I get the chance
🍽️ Pescatarian (okay with meat-eaters)
🌍 I’m originally from Ukraine and moved to the UK four years ago due to the war

Cleanliness, peace and quiet are very important to me, so party houses aren’t really my thing. I’d be happy to live in a house with a dog, but I’m not sure about cats.
