29 year old female and 2 cats looking for a room

Hi!

I’m Tyler. I’m 29, female and looking for a room or annex to rent.

I work from home full time (40 hours a week). I have 2 incredibly affectionate cats, Cas (boy) and Olive (girl). Both cats have been neutered, and are indoor and outdoor cats, so no litter trays! They are brother and sister and are 9 years old. They would mostly be in my room, probably asleep, most of the time (unless you desperately wanted them roaming around the house, I guess!)

I enjoy reading, baking, cooking (happy to cook meals for everyone, every now and then!), travelling, road trips, video games (currently playing Zelda Breath of the Wild on switch), and history.

I am pretty tidy and respectful, and tend to keep myself to myself. I’m completely t-total, so no drug or drunk coming home in the middle of the night.

I do smoke cigarettes, but not indoors at all, and wouldn’t smoke indoors even if it was an option - would prefer a property without smoking indoors.

Don’t mind if the room is furnished or not as I have bedroom furniture I can take with me or leave if I need to.

Also don’t mind if you have pets or smoke or not. I’m pretty easy.
