Looking for a flat or house-share

I am a 28 year old guy relatively new to Cardiff (from Birmingham) having moved for work. I'm looking to move into a property end of May (as that's when my current tenancy finishes) - currently have a one bedroom flat I rent but I think buddying up/sharing sounds like a better option.

Looking for:
Essentials
• Room in house-share or flat/studio (ideally ensuite). If a room in house-share, no more than 3 people living in the property.
• Not noisy - I'm generally a quiet person so would prefer there to not be a massive amount of noise (no babies please). I'm still pretty sociable however and do enjoy recreational activities such as mini-golf, arcades etc.
• No pets ideally.

Desirable
• Maximum of a 3 months tie-in with an option to extend after this period. (Reason for this is to make sure it's the right property/people I'm staying with and to make sure we're compatible).
• Ideally male only residents but can be flexible on this with the right people.
