Meditator seeking simple, quiet space long-term

Aiming to simplify, I've sold my bungalow and am looking for a very quiet, private place in green environs.

Looking for an annex or stand-alone room, very private. Not just a spare upstairs bedroom. May negotiate price for the right place.

Rural - not in a city. The more rural the better so long as there is decent wifi.

Respectful, relaxed and down-to-earth, I am greatly appreciative of a peaceful and tidy environment.

A meditator and early Buddhist, I teach meditation and study Sanskrit and Pāli via Zoom.

My lifestyle is semi-monastic and clean-living. I'm usually quite the early bird, and no drink /drugs/ profanity.

It'd be wonderful to live with others who value deep spiritual practice. Experience or interest Nonviolent Communication is a plus.

Prefer female housemates but am flexible.
I have a small car to park

Zoom calls are usually 1-3/day, in the daytime or early evening, ending by 8:30 pm at the latest.

Years ago I played guitar professionally -- you'll find my music on Spotify under 'Clarelynn Rose'. These days I play from time to time. Lovely fingerstyle guitar.
