Clapton girl looking for double room

Hi :)

My lovely ex-landlady recently sold her beautiful house on Gunton Road (Upper Clapton) - and as a working professional I am looking for somewhere new to reside from June, given my lovely short term let in Newington Green is coming to an end. I love Clapton and have lived there for 3 years, but have lived in East London since graduating from university. I love to see friends, (two of my oldest and closest friends are also in Clapton / Hackney ) and am part of a monthly book (& wine!) club. I love yoga and go to classes 2-3 times a week, I’m single and occasionally go on dreaded hinge dates so always have entertaining stories to tell over a glass of wine… I’m very independent but also love relaxing watching and watching tv in the evenings and cooking for or with others (I am a spag bol officianado) ;) I am quite often busy on weekends and especially love trips to the cinema (specifically the castle!) and all the pubs and wine bars Hackney is great for (especially P Franco / The Chesham). I do have a small very well behaved cockapoo pup named Lula, she is 1 and is hypoallergenic / doesn’t shed any hair so is the perfect easy and friendly house guest for those who are dog friendly. I particularly love walking her around the marshes and around Millfields and have met loads of great dog walking friends this way. Anyone wanting to join a dog walk is always welcome - it’s the perfect tried and tested hangover cure… She follows me everywhere like a shadow so will only ever be in my bedroom with me, or in the kitchen when I am cooking! Although I am incredibly sad to leave Gunton Road and my lovely basement studio flat, I am also excited at the prospect of meeting new people, making news friends and connections, and having new adventures… I’m a kind and caring and look forward to finding a new place to call home.
