Looking for 3rd Flatmate to move into a new flat

Looking for a flatmate to go in for a 3 bed flat with me and my mate John.
Our flat mate recently moved out so we’re currently on the look out for a new place.

I’m a 26 year old electrical engineer (buildings) from Brighton but both my parents are kiwi so a token all black supporter. I’ve been in London for the past 2 and a half year

Johns a 28 year old economist in the civil service and a proud Scot. Been in London last 4 years.

Our flat the last few years has been pretty relaxed. All 3 of us were out quite a bit but the flat was always quite a chilled out space with everyone pitching in to keep it tidy. There was the occasional wager for who’s cleaning the kitchen/bathroom.

About me- I’m into football & cycling - enjoy a bit cooking, will occasionally chef up a big meal for the flat on the weekend.
Johns into his running and mountaineering when back up in Scotland. Enjoys some off piste travel as well. Both up for getting out and scoping out what’s going on in London but equally enjoy a restorative weekend.

Looking to move into a flat start of April, so currently looking at viewings in the East London area.
