Professional couple looking for rental

We’re a professional couple (32 & 44) looking for a whole property to rent from April onwards. Our budget is up to £1,000pcm, and it would be a real bonus if the place had a garden and nearby parking (I use my car most days for work).

My partner Matt works for the Environment Agency in Manchester and I work as an Ecologist, which sometimes means I’m out at night looking for bats in the summer 🦇. We split our time between home and the office, so we’d really value a comfortable space to live and work in.

In our spare time, we’re very outdoorsy and active, whether that’s exploring local walks, going for a run, or planning a weekend adventure. We also love gigs, cooking together, and finding new places to eat out.

We’re hoping to find a welcoming home where we can put down roots and enjoy everything the local area has to offer.
