Professional male looking for long term residence

Hi, my name is Nick. I’m a lecturer at a college. My current rental is coming to an end because my landlord’s mother is having an operation and requires care and he is moving her in. I’m looking for new accommodation in this area and would appreciate a viewing. I’ve been with my landlord for just over two years, and I have a reference available from them. I’m a non-smoker and an active person, as an adventure racer. I’m looking for a long-term rental with the usual facilities. My availability is 1st April or a week sooner if needed.
