Room Wanted Starting October - Carlisle

Moving to Carlisle to start a new job in October. Need to be able to move in over the weekend of the 5th/6th but can be a bit flexible as far as the start date of the tenancy if something comes up before then. Ideally, a place would be within walking distance of the town centre, if not then good transport links are essential.

I'm a quiet guy and I don't drink, I get up early and I go to bed early. Looking for somewhere quiet and tidy. I'm dead easy to get on with and I'm happy to chat but also appreciate my own space and respect the space of others.

My girlfriend is Swiss and will be staying with me no more than 50% of the time. She's also quiet and nice and will not be a bother.
