Looking for a room or buddy to share

I’m currently looking for a room in a friendly, social house/flat, ideally in SW London (Clapham, Fulham, Balham, Battersea), but I’m open to other areas for the right place and people.

I’m 25 and work in Media/Film. As a creative, I tend to get along best with open-minded and like-minded people. I’d say I am easy-going, sociable, and friendly. I’m also clean, tidy, and considerate, so you won’t have to worry about mess or noise.

I also would prefer a place that feels like home rather than just a house share and friends rather than just flatmate. I’m the kind of person who’s up for a chat in the kitchen, a pub night, or the occasional shared dinner, but I also really respect personal space and downtime.

In my free time, I’m usually watching films, cooking/baking (and sharing 👀), going to gigs, festivals, or the cinema, going for drinks at the pub, staying active (gym/football), or exploring what fun and new things London has to offer.

Budget: £800–£1,000 (flexible for the right fit)
