Professional 36 Yr old looking for room/buddyup

Hey, I'm Kirsty and I'm currently looking for a new flatshare in Edinburgh City centre as my current live-in landlord is moving in with their partner.

I work in a law firm and its hybrid working, so ideally I'd love a place where I can work from home a few days a week.

I would really love to find a flat with another person or people who are similar to me with regards to living arrangements, i. e. wanting to make a comfortable, chill environment at home to relax at the end of the day.

I do love going out, meeting up with friends, socialising, seeing shows or movies, having a few drinks etc, but also enjoy having some people round for dinner every now and then.

In terms of being a good flatmate, I'm very neat and tidy, keep my stuff in my room, do the dishes straight away etc. I always pitch in equally with general chores and like to make sure all flatmates are happy and included with any flat decisions.

My only real deal breakers are smoking in the flat, passive aggressive communication and having a revolving door of guests without giving any heads up. Otherwise I'm actually pretty laid back, and just see my home as my safe space!

I can move in anytime from 1 June but do have some flexibility. Let me know if you have a room or want to Buddy up 😀
