Looking for a room in a sociable house / buddy up

Hi, I’m Henry. I work in consulting and have been in London for about 1.5 years. I am currently looking for a sociable flat share or buddy up with like-minded people. Ideal locations would be Angel or Hackney but very open to anywhere in Zone 1-3 in London. My move in date is flexible. I have also found some modern flats (not on Spareroom) that we could buddy up and rent together.

Ideally we could hang out occasionally like doing movies nights, drinks or simply just having chats in the evening etc. having said that, I also respect each other’s personal space as we all need some down time after the busy day. I had house-sharing experience with people from different countries when I did my masters. We became really good friends and we still hang out and travel together

I’m clean and considerate. I normally work in the office and occasionally work from home. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring London, eating out, travelling, playing rugby, going to the gym, cinemas and art exhibitions.

The ideal flat for me would be a modern flat with a living room, close to tube station(s), a gym and a superstore. I’m flexible on the budget, location or the flat requirements if we have the right people :)
