Looking for a room for my 3rd year at university.

I will be going into third year next year having been on a placement year this year. I am putting out feelers to perhaps go on some coffee chats as I may be looking for a place on my own or my housemate will be joining (he hasn't formalized his plans yet so its TBC). We also have a very nice 4 bed house next to the UoM campus we may be able to stay in (negotiating rent increases at the moment - its currently 575pcm and 10 mins from most UoM buildings).

Essentially:

- I could be searching for somewhere new to live on my own with someone from spare room
- I could be inviting two or three people live in my house on campus
- Me and my house mate could be looking for a new place to live with 1 or 2 other people

I am just putting out feelers for people to keep me in mind if we get along well :).

I am neurodiverse, love solo traveling, hiking, the gym, yoga, salsa, reading, horse riding and the cinema.

People would probably describe me as bubbly, grounded and easy going! I will clean frequently, perhaps my housemates clean less but do other tasks more and that's totally fine with me, as long as everyone's happy and there's no conflict then the house will be great.
