Hey! I'm a 25-year-old young professional looking to move into a flat around January.

I've been living in Manchester for about 7 years, so I know the city quite well. I'm an easy-going person, always up for a chat. It would be great to have a flatmate who can also be a friend, but I completely respect having our independent lives.

During the week, I work in the city centre from 9 to 6, with a couple of days working from home. I’m a cyber analyst working in corporate - things can get a bit busy now and then with longer hours or certifications, so it would be nice to live with someone who’s chill with that. In the evenings, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, and listening to podcasts. On weekends, I love exploring Manchester, whether it's having coffee or brunch in NQ/Ancoats, or going out for drinks with friends. I also enjoy hiking (when the weather is nice).

I'm currently considering areas like Salford, Castlefield, and Ancoats, with a maximum budget of ~£850 (inc. bills) per month.

I like to keep things clean and tidy up after myself (nothing obsessive), so it’d be great to live with someone who’s on the same page.
