Looking for a Rental or Sublet

I'm a 28-year-old software engineer from Australia, I've been living in London since November last year. My line of work means I am permanently wfh so I will need space in the room for a desk.

I'm currently looking for accommodation up until the end of November 2024 as I'll be heading back to Australia for a month (happy to go for a longer contract if that lets me sublet for the time I'm gone)

I spend most of my spare time socializing with friends at the local pub or trying to find the best coffee spots. I also go on a lot of weekend trips away to different spots in Europe.

I'm an easy-going and tidy housemate, always willing to contribute to a clean and easy living environment.
