Couple (both 25) seeking accommodation

Hello, my name is Alex. My partner Fern and I are looking for a self-contained unit to rent together.

We are both aged 25. We both work and are self-employed. I am a digital illustrator and online store owner, and Fern is an English language tutor. We have a very large amount of combined savings totalling approximately £110,000, so several months' rent up front is an easy feat for us. Our listed budget is somewhat negotiable - we are very open to discussing this.

We can provide positive character references from previous landlords and have no negative credit whatsoever. We are very conscious people, so we are very polite and considerate of other people's property and personal space.
