Looking for a double room

I'm looking to move to the areal, from Cornwall, by the end of the year to 'spread my wings' per say. I'm looking for a double room, and ideally flatmates around my age (up to 27 but not fussy).
I am rather tidy, and rather kept to myself, would love people who could help me figure out the area, like the good pubs, good cafes etc.

I'm currently employed in Cornwall but trying to get employment in the area, but I am receiving disability benefits aswell for mental health issues.
