I am a teacher aged 53. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 1st December 2025 and have a budget of £700 approx. pcm. I would like to share with males or females of above 30.
Parking is not necessarily a deal breaker as long as there are roads nearby that have some sort of parking options.
I have recently moved out of my family home and want to be near my children in the BN3 area. Or Chailey or Lewes due to other commitments.
