Back from many years in New Zealand

I’m new back in UK after 17 years in New Zealand (I’m
English) and staying (for as little time with my parents as possible) in Devon!

I grew up in Fritham and then in Romsey and came back to specifically live in Romsey or near as. (Villages great)

I am looking for a stepping stone to renting my own home next year and starting a new business then. Living with elderly parents is hard work for all of hard so looking to move asap. I’m extremely financially solvent having sold business in NZ!

I am a bit of mindset “guru” with 2 x certified coaching certifications (just for self improvement) and read allot of mindset books, love meditation and The new forest, etc!

Most of my friends are female and love female company to be honest (no macho bull shit!, been there done that)
But open to male or female or mixed flatting!, but having my own place is ideal!

I have a 4 year tenancy reference and a stack of cleaning references from long term clients that attest to my good character (which is humbling). Got them all printed in a folder for you to read!

Would love to meet up and have a chat, I can chat lol but do love my own space as well. Massive on streaming really long series!

I am borderline ocd and love cleaning and am very clean and tidy and happy to help with all house work!!
