Central Manc/Mediacity apartment wanted for June

Hiya,

I'm hoping to find an apartment from Mid June, preferably with just one other flatmate but happy to consider more.

About me:
- Aussie
- Working full time between media and retail
- Tidy, responsible, and respectful of others' space
- Often at the gym or keeping myself busy out of home
- LGBTQ+ friendly and more the social and outgoing type

What I hope to find in a flatmate:
- someone I can call a friend and not just a stranger I share a space with
- Clean and not keen on throwing big ragers on a Wednesday
- Happy to have guests over every now and then
- (optional) a pet to love and spoil!!

Last thing: I am hoping to sublet my room for a month from late Aug - Sep as I am going away. This will be handled professionally and however best suits my roommate.
