Hi, I’m a Mexican research professional in my 30s looking for a bright, sunny room in North or East London (Islington, Hackney, Bethnal Green, Stratford, Highbury, open to other areas depending on location and size).

I work full-time in research and policy. My role is permanent, and I can provide references if needed. I work mostly from home and go into the office once or twice a week.

I’m looking for a calm, respectful home rather than a party flat. I value privacy and quiet during the week, but I’m happy to share a meal or chat over a drink from time to time.

I’m clean, responsible, and used to sharing. I enjoy cooking and keeping shared spaces tidy.
