I am a professional male aged 58. I have worked for the same company for 16 years and hold a position as a member of the management team. I am looking for a double room to rent or a house share in the Eastergate , Barnham, Yapton or surrounding area. I am available to move from 22/04/2026 and have a budget of £750pcm. I can provide excellent references from both my previous landlords. I am happy to share a property with male or female flatmates/housemates. I have been told that I am very easy to get along with by other people and I enjoy socialising. I am always clean and tidy and like to keep my surroundings tidy too.
