Double Bedroom/ En-Suite Double Bedroom
Hi,
My name is Robin and I am a professional currently living in a house with 4 housemates. This is my second house share in almost 6 years since I moved out from the house I was in Scotland. I moved to England in May 2022 for work reasons.
Regarding the house I am looking for, it should have no more than 3 bedrooms(regarding the housemates, I have no preference of sex/gender as I am quite flexible), must have a living room, shared kitchen, parking space as I own a car(a garage is a plus), possibly bills included in the price, the double bedroom for me should be spacious with enough space for moving around and have an office desk & chair (I have mine if there's none in the bedroom), decently-sized bathroom and preferably not living with the landlord.
Balcony, terrace, garden or patio are all plus!
I am quite organised and respect people's privacy.
