Countryside home required

Hi!
I am a single professional - I work in marketing and I am looking to relocate west Of Reading to be closer to family in The Cotswold's.

I am looking for a self contained annex / studio, 1 bedroom or small 2 bedroom flat.

I have a 9 year old son, as far as kids go he’s pretty cool - but I guess I’m biased! He lives with his Mum in Stroud and I have him Friday eve - Sunday PM every other weekend. (approx 4 days per month) Although it is possible to have my son at my parents on his weekends I am Ideally looking for a home where he is welcome.

I would love a home in the countryside- I like simple living, good company, a local pub on a Sunday afternoon preferably with a good walk to and from!
I like to think I’m pretty “low impact” and will be as sociable / or not as you require. Non smoker, no pets but love animals - especially dogs.
