Looking for a room with an ensuit bathroom

I’m looking for a nice flat share with kind and considerate and most importantly, mature individuals preferably with professionals like me.

Please enquire if it’s a respectful house with people my age, that’s fine. It’s just my lifestyle is abit more laid back and relaxed. :)

I am looking to move in by the end of July.

I’m currently living in Watford at a houseshare arrangement but am eager to find a spot close to public transport links to the center of Newcastle, heard that northern people are more hospitable and friendly (and had the experience, so that's where I am heading : D) and also just around the area to access places like gyms and leisure activities.

I also will be working full-time as I already am now, (for a fast food company as customer experience leader) but also am planning to start studying part-time to start working towards my qualifications to becoming a quantity surveyor (super excited, yipee!)

It’s always great to get a feel of the new space and, of course, to meet the flat mates, in all cases.

A bit about me: I’m 20, and currently finishing my gap year planning to head for university this year, to study architecture along with quantity surveying. ( I have a huge passion for designing where people live and just overall increase the quality of life for humans is my ultimate motivation and goal in life)

Though I’m young, I pride myself on my maturity and responsibility and I'm very chill and down to earth. People usually say I am older than my actual age and call me the grandparent of the respective friend group. 😂

Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities for me. I’m very conscientious about keeping my space clean and tidy, and I’m always prompt in cleaning up after myself. It’s important for the comfort of everyone sharing the space, and I’d expect the same consideration in return.

I’m also more than willing to contribute to maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property in turns between all my fellow flatmates, its only courteous to do so.

On a personal note, I don’t smoke, drink, or have never used any sort of drugs, and I have a preference for a smoke-free living environment.

Regarding the financial side of things, my parents will be covering my rent (so they are technically my guarantor), so rest assured, that’s nothing to worry about.

And, I already have my own funds on top of that from my job, so there is nothing to worry about in terms of that. (Reference can be obtained from my current landlord to prove this)
