Hi! I’m a 40-year-old professional currently living in Hove and looking to move soon.

I have been working as customer service in Portslade, so ideally I’d love to stay in Hove/Portslade or within easy walking distance.

I’m sociable and enjoy meeting friends at the weekend, going to gigs, or grabbing food and coffee - but my big party days are definitely behind me. I appreciate a calm, respectful home environment where everyone feels comfortable.

I’m very active and love the outdoors - hiking, long walks, swimming, paddleboarding. I also enjoy photography, reading, podcasts, Netflix, and relaxing at home after a busy shift.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. I value open communication and a friendly atmosphere at home.

What I’m Looking For

Not a party house, but social is great

Ideally in Hove or location around Portslade station.

Budget: £800–£900 per month including all bills.

I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep.
