Looking for a home

Hello, I am a bus driver for Stagecoach based in Guildford. Am looking to move soon to an apartment within 10 miles of Guildford. Will need a parking space for a small car and a motorbike and would prefer a countryside location / quiet surroundings. I do not wish to share facilities with other renters as this can lead to problems with their lack of tidiness, cleanliness and consideration. Would love to find my perfect self contained studio/annexe/ small apartment and stay until I retire in 6 years. Non smoker, non drinker, no partner, no children, no pets, no noise.
