Looking for buddy to share 2/3 bed house

Professional looking to buddy up with someone to rent a house with parking and a garden. Budget could be increased for the right place.

I sometimes work from home but not always and every so often have to work away for periods of time.

Looking for responsible, clean, social but relaxed person. I would like to share with a friend rather than ships who pass in the night.

Ideally like to stick to the Hitchin area but open to moving to St. Albans or Cambridge also.
