House share or unfurnished space wanted

Hello there, I’m a mature, quiet, respectful, reliable tenant, currently living in a HMO in Stonehouse and searching for a calm, lovely self-contained space for long-term rent. Somewhere near water or woodlands would be a bonus!

I was a professional accordionist for many years but in recent times I branched out into other areas. 18 months ago, I was pet-sitting, running a community choir, playing in church on Sundays & organising community events but I developed Chronic Fatigue & fibromyalgia & had to stop working. Because of this, I’ve had to go onto Incapacity Benefit & Housing Benefit but I do have the funds to pay 3 months up front if that would help - I know that benefit claimants aren’t always a first choice. I can also offer a guarantor.

Although I’m not employed at the moment, I can provide excellent references from people I’ve worked for in the last few years (Church of England, local Primary school, pet-sitting clients etc) and my landlady will tell you my rent’s never been late!
