Room/Buddy wanted in Manchester

Heyup!

I am looking to relocate from Sheffield to Manchester this summer, ideally somewhere central such as ancoats/northern quarter (but open to other areas)

I work full time in tech. The job is hybrid so a room with enough space for a wfh setup would be great. (Anywhere with parking nearby would be an added bonus too)

I am tidy/organised & social, looking for housemates which could also be good friends.
I enjoy keeping active whether it’s running, gym, football or a nice hike and pub lunch in the peaks.
