I'm a down to earth friendly guy who's looking for a share in Chester/ North Wales region now my son and daughter are at York uni. I'm looking to secure a room in a decent apartment or home share and can provide 3yr excellent refs from Chester. Ideally somewhere quiet friendly. I'm a self employed logistics small business owner and will work away sometimes and on weekends often. I only need parking for one vehicle. I'm also a singer and enjoy music gigs and history politics.
