Looking for a new place

I'm looking for a clean, connected and friendly place to move into for the first time since university.
I have a few things I would like to see
WiFi or broadband is a must have.
Kitchen and bathrooms being bright and well kept would be appreciated.
I am flexible about the kind of people I want to live with as long as they are willing to help new housemates settle in.
I'm a little shy and get nervous about new situations but I'm a caring well-mannered and responsible individual who is eager to make friends when striking out on his own.
