Buddy-Up

Hey there!
 
I'm currently on the lookout for roommate to join forces with in finding a living space. I'm a 34-year-old Colombian, nearing the completion of my MBA in London, and soon to be part of an impact investment firm.
 
Ideal Locations: My preference leans towards Zones 1 or 2, especially in areas like St. Johns Wood, Marylebone, Kensington, Chelsea, Pimlico, Battersea. But, I'm also open to other neighborhoods in London!
 
Flat Expectation: I'm searching for a modern flat, preferably one that's conveniently close to a tube station. A balcony would be an amazing addition.
 
Roommate: I'm looking to share this new home with one more flatmate, ideally between the ages of 25 and 36. Whether you're a student or a professional, the key is that we're sociable, eager to make our flat more than just a shared space, but also a place of friendship and communal living.
 
About Me: I've enjoyed London for around 2 years. I'm very sociable and love everything from cooking, dining out, exploring London's diverse scenes, to staying active with running and cycling. Traveling is another passion of mine. While I value social interaction and shared experiences, I equally respect personal space and understand the importance of downtime in our busy lives.
 
What I Envision: A flat where we can balance our social and private lives. I'm all for shared dinners and city explorations.
