Looking for a house share
Hi. I'm 32 and my personal circumstances are changing soon, and I wish to find somewhere to live for a while until I can save money to buy a house.
The reason I want a house share/flat mate sort of set up, is mainly due to not wanting to invest capital into furnishing a whole property myself, the rent rates are very high for individuals, plus all the bills on top make it almost impossible for someone in my situation to make any considerable savings towards getting on the property ladder.
I have no preferences or pre judgments, as long as the people I live with and share space with are respectful and polite. What more can anyone ask for?
