Looking For

Hi i am looking on behalf of my partner who is currently needing to find a new place to live, he would like either a studio flat or a room with a en suite and a kitchen/ cooking equipment in there.
He is a respectable and reliable tenant, very tidy and well kept person, he does suffer with mental health issues, so he likes to be on my own some of the time but gets on way with others.
He like playing music on my decks and like to go to raves with mates.
He does have a dog as its a emotional support dog who helps with his anxiety and depression, the dog doesn't bark or anything very well behaved dog, but most of the time he will be at my partners place so wont be there all the time.

He pays his rent on time every month so he know that the rent is paid upfront. He am currently on universal credits ATM but always pay the rent on time.
He is a friendly person and no trouble at all living in a place as never been in trouble in his old place only reason to not being there is that it is being sold.
