Looking for a double room to rent

Looking for a furnished or unfurnished double room to rent from 1st of June. South West areas but Ideally around Battersea Park, Clapham, Clapham Junction, Balham, Tooting Bec areas.

I need somewhere that has permit parking and bike storage for two bikes. Happy to keep my bikes in my room if there is enough space.

I’m on a two week rota with work. I go into the office 2 days every other week and work from home the remaining 8 days. 9-5 desk based job with lots of spreadsheets so I tend to stay tucked up in my room for the day with my head down.

I would be looking for a furnished or unfurnished double room. An ensuite would be great but not essential. Any room with a balcony or terrace I’d fall in love with. London in the summer is a vibe!

I do a lot of running, gym, sports and do agency shift work in the evenings ad hoc.
I’m quite a busy person so don’t tend to be around in the house much but I still make time for the people I live with, to have a catch up, coffee etc.

I’m a tidy, clean and respectful person. I clean up after myself and don’t leave mess laying around. I’m not a party animal, usually in bed by 10/11pm. I choose not to have people round to where I live as it’s my personal space and I’ve had a few bad experiences living with people who treat the property like a free for all which I’m not keen on. So doing it the other way round this time and looking to rent a room!

My lease came to an end on my current property in London so looking for somewhere new.
