Girls Couple And A Friendly Dachshund

I'm keira (26) and my partner Theo (24) and I are looking for a flatmate and a house in London, we have a mini long haired dachshund who is called kano and he's over a year old.

We are both from China (Guangdong) and graduated together from Loughborough University in London, UK, both designers and at the stage of looking for design related jobs. However, we are currently working in a chain of coffee shops near London Bridge. We live a relatively simple life with hobbies such as, cooking, walking around the city and shopping. We prefer a quieter life, we don't like to party at home and we like to keep our home clean and tidy, a warm and clean home is very important to us.

We are looking for an ensuite in a house or flat at the end of August or mid September.

Budget is £1300/month (excluding bills). we perfer per monthly but we also can pay 6 months upfront if needed
Location: about 40 mins from lundon bridge station, close to the tube, as well as if there are shops around would be nice.
Type of house: house with modern amenities. house and flat are fine, furnished or unfurnished we are flexible.

We are hoping to find lovely flatmates who enjoy living with dogs. Like the house to be kept quiet and tidy, simple life, no party. lgbt+ friendly, be quiet after 11:30pm.
