I’m a 26-year-old male professional working as a Structural Engineer, looking for an en-suite room or a one-bedroom flat with all bills included. I’m available to move in immediately and have a budget of £600 pcm, including bills and council tax. However, I’m flexible with the budget depending on the property.

I’m open to sharing a house with anyone and would prefer a location in Sheffield city centre, Kelham Island, or nearby, within a 30-minute walking distance to the city centre.

I’m a very quiet person who works from home most of the time. I always try my best to maintain the property well, keep it clean, and not cause any trouble to the property or others around me.
