(For 1 room) baker/finance and cat !

Hi! I'm Olivia, and along with my cat Fred, I'm looking for a new flat to call home by early to mid-July (lease ends before 01 August), as my current lease comes to an end.

TLDR: Looking for cat friendly 1 bedroom in or around Stoke Newington. No mould! Not seeking flat shares!

Fred is beloved by all of my previous flat/house shares, current flatmates, and none of my past landlords have had any issues with him. I can also provide a written confirmation of his good behaviour, if that's helpful.

The cat is a non-negotiable for me!

A bit about me:

--> 27 year old American who works in finance, but is also a pastry chef/baker
--> I currently work full-time in the office
--> I have a visa, providing me the right to work and rent!
--> I don't smoke or drink
--> My current flat has a large mould situation, which has made my cat ill, so looking to avoid flats that have any serious history of mould.
--> Looking for 1 bedroom flats around Stoke Newington (not looking for flatmates)
--> Budget is around £1500/£1600 without bills, though I'd like to be closer to £1300/£1400. That said I can be flexible for the right place.

I'm very open to a private landlord situation (which is what I have now).
