Looking for either a room or Studio

Hi,

I hope you’re well, I’m a professional man, looking for somewhere to move into from the 1st April.

To give some information about my background; I’m soon to be 30 at the end of the month, I’m on a full time contract, on a monthly salary, for a student accommodation company.

I also work for Deliveroo and occasionally take on window fitting contracts on the side to supplement some extra income (self-employed basis).

At the moment I’m currently living with my mother in Enderby, so as you can imagine, I’d like to leave asap 😅.

Please get in contact with me if you feel you have a place that would be suitable for me, no deposit option is preferable but isn’t a dealbreaker, and I’m only looking for properties that have a ‘live-out landlord’.
